      Grout tune-ups.....fill all missing grout where needed in shower area. Re-caulk and seal shower corners and door tracks with mildew and mold resistant silicone. *Resetting tile additional charge.  Showers can be used within 4 hours.                                                                                            $425+tax                                                                                   Full re-grout (standard bath)........Remove caulk and grind out 1/8th inch of grout in shower area tile. Re-grout shower area. Re-caulk with Mold and Mildew resistant silicone all corners in shower, soap dishes, shower door tracks, shower handles.       $675- 945+tax                                                                                               

*Price depends on size of shower and type and size of tile. Subway tile incurs more work and will be additional charge. Tiled ceilings in shower are additional charge.

**Re-setting of loose tile or extra repairs needed will be additional charge

   Bathroom Face lifts..................A facelift includes the Full Re-grout above and also, fill all cracks in floors and all wall corners around perimeter of room. Color-seal floor with grout color/sealer combination. *Re-setting loose tile extra                                      $825+tax to $1200 for larger showers                                                                                           

  Grout re-coloring and Sealing (color sealing) Averages $3 a square foot. We recommend that you have the tile steam cleaned to ensure a professional job.

*You don't have to live with discolored grout anymore. We use a combination colorer/sealer to give grout that brand new look...and with a sealed against staining finish!  An average 5X8 bathroom floor is $225. Kitchens are $3 dollars a square foot. Call for additional information. ​​​
